Our reputation for quality is over 265 years strong, and still growing! Our pies, breads, and cookie dough are made with only the best and freshest ingredients, and our Apple Barrel fudge tastes just like homemade.

Our pies will be delivered to your group unbaked and frozen (exception: Pumpkin, Pecan, and Custard pies will be baked prior to freezing for your convenience). Breads are baked, and then frozen, to retain freshness. Our cookie dough will be chilled prior to pick-up or delivery to your organization. Our fudge is made fresh to your order.

Program Guidelines

1. Completed orders must be received by Lyman's at least 3 weeks prior to the actual date of pick-up or delivery.
2. The fundraiser total amount submitted to Lyman Orchards must be a minimum of $500 to qualify as a fundraiser.
3. We cannot accept changes after 48 hours of receipt of your order.
4. Deliveries must be directed to a centrally located and easy-to-deliver-to area such as a loading dock, first floor entrance, etc. This allows for orders to be off-loaded and checked-in within a thirty minute time frame. Additional charges may result for orders requiring more time.
5. Deliveries will be scheduled as best to fit your group's requirements within our delivery schedule.
6. Orders greater than $1,200 will be delivered free of charge.
7. Orders less than $1,200 will be charged $200 for delivery to locations within 25 miles, and $275 for delivery to locations beyond 25 miles within the state of Connecticut.
8. Orders may be picked up at Lyman's Apple Barrel by appointment only. Report to the customer service desk upon arrival. Please be sure you have sufficient vehicles and staffing to handle your pick-up order efficiently.
9. Pies are delivered unbaked and frozen, with the exception of pecan, coconut custard, and pumpkin pies which are pre-baked prior to freezing for your convenience. Please be aware that there is a 'thawing out' factor that should be considered in scheduling pick-up times.
10. Lyman Orchards cannot be responsible for products which spoil or are damaged due to lack of refrigeration once delivered or picked up.

Note: Lyman Orchards realizes the importance of a scheduled delivery time. However, there are occasions due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay our arrival. If this should occur, we will contact you to discuss approximate arrival time. Please be sure that we have appropriate contact person information and cell phone number.
