Gingergold
Of Golden Delicious parentage; one of the most popular late summer varieties.

McIntosh
The arrival of McIntosh apples signifies the taste of fall! This chance seedling discovered by John McIntosh in 1811 has grown into one of New England's favorite varieties!

Gala
Developed in New Zealand, 1934; a cross between a Kidd's Orange Red and Golden Delicious.

Honeycrisp
Honey-sweet and amazingly crisp! Developed in 1991.

Cortland
Developed in 1915; a cross between a McIntosh and Ben Davis.

Macoun
Our most popular fall eating apple! A McIntosh, Jersey Black cross.

Mid-late September. Deep purple-red blush over green background. Firm; aromatic. Excellent all purpose eating apple; low acid. Excellent choice for snacks; serve with country breads, rye crisp, slices of sharp cheddar; in fruit salads. Eat healthy: Macouns are a great non-fat dessert!

Empire
Developed in 1966. A cross between Red Delicious and McIntosh. A superb eating apple.

Spencer
A McIntosh, Golden Delicious cross; developed in 1926.

Ida Red
Developed in 1935; a Jonathan, Wagener cross

Jonagold
A Golden Delicious-Jonathan cross.

Crispin/Mutsu
A popular choice for eating: very refreshing and super crisp.

A chance seedling from West Virginia; introduced in 1900.

Fuji
Developed in Japan, 1962. A cross between a Ralls Janet and Delicious.

Rome
Developed in Ohio, 1848.
