Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut's traveling Sugarhouse will be onsite for families to learn about the sweet New England tradition of maple sugaring.

A delicious pancake menu awaits with three fluffy,  "ginormous" Apple Cider Pancakes served with fresh butter, maple syrup, and your choice of toppings:
