Join us on Sunday, May 10th in the historic Lyman Homestead.

Of course you love Mom every day, but this Mother’s Day, celebrate her in style with a delicious brunch at the historic Lyman Homestead. Bring the family to dine on our most popular, specially-prepared meals, including Omelet, Carving, and Belgian Waffle stations, as well as delicious desserts -- straight from the Apple Barrel bakery.

And of course, we’ll present Mom with a fresh flower to supplement her feast.

There are four seatings on Mother’s Day at 9a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Seating is limited.

About Chef 
Ben Gaffney: Ben learned to cook from his dad who was a chef in Connecticut. He's worked for Emeril Lagasse at NOLA, Emeril's famous eatery in New Orleans, as well as Lagasse's restaurants in Orlando and Miami where he was executive pastry chef. Before joining the farm, Ben managed the Atticus Bookstore Cafe in New Haven. He won the Iron Chef New Haven competition in 2013. Ben joined the Apple Barrel staff in 2016, and he has reinvented our deli menu and catering offerings.
