Lyman Orchards, an independently-owned family destination for over 275 years, is pleased to announce that we will again be offering our 1741 Hard Apple Cider for on-site and home consumption. The beverage is available for purchase now at Lyman Orchards, as well as at an ever-growing list of local package stores and restaurants.

Originally introduced in 2018, our 1741 Connecticut Crisp Hard Apple Cider is made in small batches from Connecticut-grown apples. The full-bodied cider is gluten-free and unfiltered and contains no added sugar. “This was a very popular beverage when we first introduced it several years ago,” states Lyman Orchards Executive Vice President John Lyman. “We hope this relaunch will delight old fans—and attract lots of new ones!”
