Apple Nine Pavilion - 1,360 sq. ft. Outdoor event space - seating up to 70 guests, available in conjunction with a golf package only.
Apple Barrel Tent - 2,400 sq. ft. Casual outdoor tented picnic area, seating up to 100 guests, with volleyball and cornhole option.
Golf Tent at Lyman Orchards Golf Course - 4,000 sq. ft. Outdoor, tented event space, seating up to 265 guests, offering beautiful views of the golf course.
Lower Grill Room at 1741 Pub & Grill - 952 sq. ft. Indoor event space for up to 40 guests, with large windows offering plenty of natural light, overlooking the 18th hole.
The Lyman Homestead - 1541 sq. ft. The historic first floor of the Lyman family is available for meetings and social events, with reception-style seating for up to 75 guests. Sweeping views of the golf course and historic barns.
The Lyman Homestead Mahogany Porch - 252 sq. ft. Beautifully restored screened-in porch, perfect for an Executive Meeting or small group of 10 guests. Views of the well-manicured front lawn and surrounding gardens are abundant.
Our seasoned team will handle all the details and work with you to create a special event. From picnics and a la carte offerings to tented affairs, we can serve gatherings from 20 to 265 guests.
