2 asian pears diced
1 cucumber diced
½ cup toasted almond slivers
2 cups arugula
1 pint grape tomatoes
Dressing
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp grapeseed oil
¼ cup orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl and set aside. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and wish until incorporated. Pour over the vegetables and toss until everything is evenly coated. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds and enjoy
