Recipe:
Over medium heat, simmer the maple syrup until it reaches softball stage (260F). Remove from heat and immediately carefully pour into your countertop mix on low speed. Mix until the syrup cools and crystalizes. Store in a sealed container at room temperature until needed.
Great sugar substitute in your coffee, over oatmeal, or mixed into pancakes. Or anywhere you would use cane sugar.
