Ingredients:
- 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Milk dairy or nondairy
- 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute with honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Directions:
Peeling and chopping - Start with peeling the apples. It is completely optional. Core them and chop them into chunks.
Blend - Add the chopped apples, sugar, milk, ice cubes, and cinnamon powder into a high-speed blender jar and grind until smooth. Start off with half the milk and then eventually add more to adjust the consistency of the smoothie.
Pour and sip - Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with more cinnamon powder and sip away!
