This recipe is crunchy, tart, and a little sweet, the perfect way to bring holiday flavors to your everyday breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup cashew halves
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
- 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the chocolate.
Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 10 minutes.
Let it cool down and stir in the chocolate chunks.
