Foraging on the Farm at Lyman Orchards

Forager and chef Vinny Crotta and CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers will be co-teaching a class on late fall foraging. You will learn how to identify and utilize edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that can be found this time of year.
November 17th 10am - 12pm
Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where you will learn plant and mushroom ID while enjoying a foraged snack at the Apple Barrel. We will then go on a 45-minute walk where we will practice plant and mushroom identification.
This class will be $30 per person. To sign up, email shroomsofct@gmail.com with the full name of all participants.
We will meet on the pavilion at the Apple Barrel.
