There’s no sweeter way to celebrate the start of Summer ‘25 than by joining in on all the fun at the Lyman Orchards Strawberry Festival! It’s all happening at the Apple Barrel Farm Market and grounds on Saturday, June 14th, 10 am - 4 pm!
It's also the 21st Annual Connecticut Open House Day! Head to Lyman Orchards to celebrate with free admission to the property & festival!
Activities:
- 8 AM - 4:30 PM: Pick Your Own Strawberries, South Street ($8 for a quart container, $31 for a four-quart container, $60 for a tray container)
- 9 AM - 4 PM: Apple Barrel Deli open
- 9 AM - 6 PM: Strawberry Shortcakes for sale at the Apple Barrel Bakery ($8)
- 10 AM - 11 AM: Free Community Yoga Class with Cingarden Events, must reserve your spot in advance. Click here to sign up.
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Face Painting by Lara
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Yard Games
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Circle K Petting Farm ($5 per person; Children ages 3 & under are free)
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Jones Apiaries Honey Farm with a special appearance from the American Honey Princess*
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Visit the Renewal by Andersen table for some giveaways and information about the company!*
- 10 AM - 5:30 PM: Ice Cream Window open on the Apple Barrel Patio
- 11 AM: Strawberry Jam Demonstration*
- 11 AM - 3 PM: Food Trucks (GMonkey & Crazy Taco Mex)

- 12:30 PM: Kids & Adult Pie Eating Contest (first come, first serve!)*
