
Lyman Orchards' Community Tag Sale will be hosted on Saturday, March 29th from 9 AM - 2 PM.
Looking to declutter your home and make some extra cash? Secure your spot to be a part of Lyman Orchards' Community Tag Sale! Clean out your closets, attics, and garages and bring your unwanted items to a tag sale extravaganza! You keep the profits! This is a perfect spot for people who don't have space to host their own tag sale.
$20 registration fee. Registration fee will be donated to Middlefield-Durham community organizations.
This is a residential tag sale only, no commercial vendors or businesses allowed.
Rules for Participating:
- BYO tables, chairs, pop-up tent, blanket/tablecloth & any other items you may need for setting up a selling area. Tables will not be provided.
- Set up window: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM. Tag Sale begins at 9:00 AM. Please, no items are allowed on the property before 7:30 AM.
- All leftover Tag Sale items must be removed at the end of the day. No items can be left on the property or left at the dumpster.
- No hazardous materials, weapons, knifes, etc. are allowed to be brought or sold to the tag sale.
- No food or beverage may be sold.
- This event is for residential vendors only. No commercial vendors, multi-level marketing businesses or businesses are allowed.
- Lyman Orchards reserves the right to ask vendors to leave without a refund if the above guidelines are not adhered to.
Location: Lyman Orchards Apple Barrel Farm Market grounds, 32 Reeds Gap Road, Middlefield, CT
The Tag Sale will take place behind the market on the gravel tent pad, near the gravel parking lot.
Rain Date: Sunday, March 30th from 9 AM - 2 PM. We will contact vendors via email in the event that it is postponed due to weather.
