The Lyman Homestead

An ideal venue for your special day or outdoor event!

Nestled throughout our 1100 acre property, Lyman Orchards offers four unique, outdoor venue options from May - October.

Apple Nine Pavilion - 1,360 sq. ft. Outdoor event space - seating up to 70 guests, available in conjunction with a golf package only.

Apple Barrel Tent - 2,400 sq. ft. Casual outdoor tented picnic area, seating up to 100 guests, with volleyball and cornhole option.

Golf Tent at Lyman Orchards Golf Course - 4,000 sq. ft. Outdoor, tented event space, seating up to 265 guests, offering beautiful views of the golf course.

Lower Grill Room at 1741 Pub & Grill - 952 sq. ft. Indoor event space for up to 40 guests, with large windows offering plenty of natural light, overlooking the 18th hole.

Lyman Homestead - 1541 sq. ft. The historic first floor of the Lyman family is available for meetings and social events, with reception-style seating for up to 75 guests. Sweeping views of the golf course and historic barns.

A revered symbol of the Lyman Family's heritage, the Lyman Homestead is located on the northeastern corner of the original parcel of land first purchased by John Lyman in 1741.

Overlooking scenic meadows and golf courses, and nestled within the beauty of the surrounding orchards, the historic Lyman Homestead provides an ideal venue for weddings, celebrations, social occasions, and corporate events.

The Lyman Homestead was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Golf Club Pavilion

For generations, Lyman Orchards Golf Club has been one of Connecticut's premier destinations for championship golf and beautiful views.
