Every day, all day long, fresh pies, apple cider donuts, muffins, cookies, breads, pastries, and more desserts are made in our Farm Kitchen Bakery.

Our pies are handcrafted, the old fashioned way, one at a time, from generations-old family recipes. Our pie fillings are made fresh, and taste just like homemade!
In addition to our Hi-Top Apple Pie, we offer more than twenty other delicious pie varieties, including seasonal and year-round favorites. When it comes to pies for holidays, special occasions, or an every day indulgence, we've got you covered!

We grow Eco Apples by combining old fashioned agricultural methods with leading edge technologies, and our progressive growing techniques help make us leaders in ecological orchard care.
We minimize the use of sprays and other environmentally disruptive practices by encouraging and relying on natural occurring controls such as ladybugs and other predators.
In addition to our Eco-Certified homegrown fruits and signature bakery products, we feature fresh Connecticut grown vegetables in season, fresh-pressed apple cider, and specialty foods from Connecticut and New England.

Fruit and Gift Baskets
For years, our customers have enjoyed the special gift of a Lyman Orchard Gift Fruit Basket or Apple shipment.
Apple shipments may feature more than twenty varieties of our famous, award-winning apples, are available September through April.
Our Fruit and Gift Baskets are made ready-to-go, or customized to your specifications. All of our gift baskets feature our freshest and finest of fruits, gourmet specialties, cheeses, and treats from our bakery. We welcome corporate orders! Fruit baskets are now available for shipping!
