As a Lyman Orchards Ambassador, you're not just visiting, you're helping tell the story of a 285-year-old Connecticut tradition. From seasonal harvests to family events, you'll be among the first to experience and share what makes the orchard so special.

Lyman Orchards Ambassador Program is a three month period. May 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026

Applications are due by Monday, April 20th. You will be contacted via email by May 1, 2026 if selected.

What is the Ambassador Program?

Our Ambassador Program is a collaboration with local content creators who are passionate about highlighting unique experiences. As an ambassador, you’ll receive select complimentary products, experiences, or event tickets in exchange for sharing your visit with your audience. Ambassadors are independent participants and not employees or representatives of Lyman Orchards. 

What We're Looking For:

• Have an active and engaged social media presence (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create high-quality, authentic content
• Enjoy local food, family activities, or events
• Can highlight the Lyman Orchards experience in a genuine way 
• Are locally based to visit to visit frequently

Ambassador Expectations:

If selected, ambassadors will be expected to:

• Create and share agreed-upon content (typically 1-2 posts or reels per visit, plus supporting stories) 
• Tag/Collaborate Lyman Orchards, use the hashtag #LymanOrchardsPartner and represent the brand in a way that aligns with our voice and values. 
• Post content within 1 week of their visit (unless otherwise discussed) 
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the brand
• Attend or participate in at least 6 of the complimentary products, meals, or tickets. It is encouraged to participate in as many as you are able! 
• All ambassadors must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including clearly disclosing their relationship with Lyman Orchards (e.g., #LymanOrchardsPartner)
• Lyman Orchards reserves the right to remove participants at any time for failure to meet program expectations or for behavior that does not align with our brand values.
• By participating, ambassadors grant Lyman Orchards permission to repost, share, and use submitted content across digital, social, and marketing channels (including advertising) in perpetuity, with credit.
• Selected ambassadors will be required to sign a standard liability waiver covering participation in on-site activities and food consumption.

You don't need to have a massive following, we value engagement, creativity, and authenticity over follower count.

How it Works:

1. Submit your application
2. Our team reviews submissions and will select 3-5 ambassadors based on fit
3. If selected, you'll be contacted via email with collaboration opportunities
4. Visit, experience, and share your content!
5. If selected, you'll be an ambassador for up to 3 months unless otherwise noted.

FAQ's

• Can I apply if I've never worked with a brand before? Yes! We encourage anyone to apply, whether you've worked with a brand before or not.
• How many ambassadors will you select? We will select 3-5 ambassadors based on fit.
• Can I reapply next session? Yes! If whether you've been selected or not you are able to apply each session to be chosen.
• Can I bring guests? Depending on the activity you select, you may be able to bring guests with you. Ambassadors are responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals featured in their content.
• What if I have an allergy? Participants are responsible for communicating any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Due to high interest, not all applicants will be selected. We encourage you to apply again in future program sessions.

This is a non-paid collaboration. Compensation is limited to products, experiences, or event access provided by Lyman Orchards.

Participation in the program is subject to additional terms, including content usage, brand alignment, and standard participation guidelines.
