Warm milk and apple cider in a saucepan to 110f. Remove from heat and whisk in the yeast and sugar. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. In a large mixer pour in the liquid and remaining ingredients. Mix for about 3 minutes until the dough becomes shiny. Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out the dough on a clean floured cutting board to a ½ inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares. Fry in 350f oil until puffy and golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
