Ingredients

• 1qt Diced Apples
• 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
• 1/4 Bunch Chopped Parsley
• 1/4 Bunch Chopped Mint
• 1/2 Cup Diced Green Peppers
• 1/2 Cup Diced Red Peppers
• 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 1tsp Salt
• 1sp Granulated Garlic
• 1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper

Recipe:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix evenly with gloved hands. Store refrigerated in quarts until needed
