Quesadilla
1 pint Lyman Strawberries sliced
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz brie cheese sliced
4 Tbsp Butter
In a large skillet on medium heat. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter. When the butter starts to sizzle put one tortilla in the skillet. Add 2 oz of brie and ¼ of the sliced strawberries on the tortilla. Cook until the brie starts to melt. Remove from the skillet and fold the tortilla in half, sealing the brie and strawberries inside.cut into 4 bite sized triangles. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling. Use the lime crema to dip in and enjoy.
Crema
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and serve with the quesadillas.
