Celebrate the magic of the Solar Eclipse with a peaceful afternoon of sound, stillness, and celestial wonder at The Meadow at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. Join The Conduit at 1 PM on Wednesday, August 12th for a unique meditation experience inspired by this rare cosmic event.
As the moon and sun align overhead, allow yourself to slow down, reconnect, and relax to the soothing vibrations of live gongs and crystal singing bowls. Let the waves of the sound wash over you, creating a deeply restorative journey that mirrors the calm and wonder of the eclipse itself.
During The Conduit's guided sound meditation, you'll effortlessly experience the benefits of a deep meditative practice, no previous experience or special techniques are required. As each note resonates through the meadow, you'll be invited to quiet the mind, release tension, and discover a renewed sense of balance and inner light. The harmonious vibrations create space to let go of mental and emotional blockages while fostering a deeper connection to your heart, mind, and body.
For the most comfortable experience, please bring whatever helps you fully relax. A zero-gravity chair is ideal, or bring a yoga mat, beach towel, pillow, a blanket. Eye coverings and water are also encouraged.
Approximately 60-75 minutes in length.
Registration is required. This event is open to guests ages 10 and up.

Wednesday, August 12th, 1 PM - 2:15 PM.
The solar eclipse begins in Connecticut at 1:03 PM with peak at 1:54 PM and ends around 2:42 PM. Only a partial eclipse will be seen in CT, but the experience can still be enjoyed by all!
A Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby obscuring the view of the Sun from a small part of the Earth.
PLEASE NOTE: Looking at the solar eclipse without the proper eye covering can cause serious, permanent damage. Eclipse glasses are NOT regular sunglasses. Please BYO eclipse glasses in case we run out! Learn more about viewing safety here: https://science.nasa.gov/eclipses/safety/.
Please park in the far left of the parking lot at 1741 Pub & Grill, 70 Lyman Road. The meditation will be at the open space to the left of the parking lot. The closest restroom will be located at 1741 Pub & Grill.
