A perfect appetizer - sweet, tangy, creamy, and crunchy!

Ingredients:

• 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup black grapes, halved
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
• 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
• Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves (optional garnish)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
2. Toast the bread. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy
3. Roast the grapes. Toss halved black grapes with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread on a small baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
4. Assemble the crostini. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a spoonful of roasted grapes.
5. Drizzle & garnish. Drizzle a little honey (optional) and sprinkle fresh thyme or rosemary on top.
6. Serve immediately. Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
