Celebrate the Little Blue Powerhouse That CanL Blueberry Pick Your own Season Has Arrived - So Has Blueberry Fest at Lyman Orchards

Who: Summertime means blueberry season, which also means it’s time for Lyman Orchards’ annual Blueberry Fest. We’re celebrating the superb superfruit -- a plump nutritional powerhouse -- with a day full of fun events, entertainment and food.

What: The Blueberry Fest includes activities for kids (of all ages), from our pick-your-own blueberries, raspberries and jostaberries.

When: Saturday, July 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Lyman Orchards, 32 Reeds Gap Rd, Middlefield, CT

Why: At our annual family-friendly event, lucky wins abound, providing the perfect opportunity for attendees to enjoy a day filled with delightful activities for kids of all ages. As families indulge in freshly baked blueberry treats from the Apple Barrel, including mouthwatering blueberry shortcake, they can also try their luck at various games and contests, mirroring the thrill of winning in a casino atmosphere. The day features live music by Goldrush, exciting pony rides, and entertaining pie-eating contests, all designed to create unforgettable moments. With face-painting, horse-drawn rides, henna art, kettle corn, and more, there's something for everyone, ensuring that each family member walks away with their own lucky wins!
