Middlefield, Conn. — JUNE 4, 2019 — Lyman Orchards loves donuts almost as much as you do, and is celebrating National Donut Day this Friday, June 7, by giving away what else? Their amazing cider donuts are freshly-made every day in the Apple Barrel market.

Each year National Donut Day celebrates the doughy treat, and honors the Salvation Army “Lassies”:  the women who served donuts to soldiers on the front lines during World War One.

Then, on Sunday, June 9th, Lyman Orchards celebrates National Strawberry Rhubarb Day. Customers will receive a free 6-inch Strawberry Rhubarb Pie when they spend $25 or more in the Apple Barrel.
